Chimi Chan or Chimi was a cat with an indomitable and feisty spirit. She was found crawling on the road, dragging her 2 back legs. We don’t know how it happened, but on examination it turned out the back legs were nearly paralyzed.
However this didn’t prevent her from living her life and exploring every nook and cranny there was. We would find her perched on shelves and windows where it was near impossible for her to get to. Through physiotherapy and good nutrition she was slowly able to regain some use of her back legs and developed a trademark wonky walk.
Chimi was adopted in the same loving home as Sheba, where both were inseparable until early 2024 when Chimi sadly passed away suddenly. She will always be remembered for her zest for life and living life to the fullest despite her disabilities.
